Your insurer will provide you with access to a crisis response provider, who will be responsible for coordinating any response to an insured event. We conduct a full, audited Market Approval Process (MAP) of all providers.

What will the crisis response provider do?

We offer you much more than just insurance; we also include access to our in-house security risk advisory and crisis support team, Alert:24.

The Alert:24 crisis support team will triage you through to your designated response provider who will conduct the response. Concurrently, the Alert:24 crisis support team will engage with your designated insurance and claims specialists to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
